CONTEST ENTRY – dating a married man unbeknownst to me!!!

Dating a man for about a month. Having dinner with him when my phone rings. Call display shows that it is his phone that is calling me. I say “Jason, are you sitting on your cell phone?”. He says “No, why?”. I say “Because you are calling me.”. He grabs the phone and runs into the backyard. When he returns he claims that is ex-girlfriend is nuts, has broken into his apartment, gone through his phone and is ripping his apartment apart and that he needs to leave ASAP. He leaves and 5 minutes later the phone rings again, so I answer. The woman on the other end of the line asks “Who is this?, to which I respond “excuse me, but this is my phone who is this?”, to which she responds “I am Jason’s wife!”. I was so shocked and horrified (I DO NOT DATE MARRIED MEN, let’s be clear) all I could do was squeak out “I am SO SORRY”. Jason calls me back an hour later to apologize for leaving so abruptly. I say to him “is there anything you want to tell me?”, he says “No, why?”, I respond “well, that’s not what your WIFE has to say”. Now wait for it because this is the most outrageous thing anyone has ever said to me in my entire life. Here it comes…..he says….”IT WAS REALLY JUST A VERY SMALL WEDDING”!!! Can you believe that???? As though it’s a sliding scale issue or something? Like he was only just a little married because only a few people came to the ceremony. Unbelievable!!! Needless to say I never saw him again….what a jerk. His wife called me the following day and was very respectful and polite and begged me to tell her what was going on as he was obviously lying to her and she just needed to know the truth. I told her everything and apologized profusely (I truly didn’t know however). She also dumped him like a hot potato. What a creep!
